What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are young plants that are harvested in the early stages of the plant's lifecycle. Microgreens are older than 'shoots' but younger than 'baby greens'.

Fresh and Tasty

Our Microgreens are jam-packed full of flavour. Despite their relatively small size, Microgreens pack a flavourful punch. Combine that with a crisp texture and beautiful colour, it makes sense why so many of the UK's top chefs use them in their restaurants.

Science and Nutrition

“The consumption of microgreens has nowadays increased due to higher concentrations of bioactive components such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than mature greens” - (Turner, Luo and Buchanan, 2020)

"We loved our microgreens and were especially surprised by the variety of delicious and powerful flavours these tiny little microgreens had! They lasted several days longer than the bags of salad we usually buy from shops probably because they were grown locally and took less time to get from the farm to our plate. We would definitely recommend these microgreens to anyone looking for something a little different to add flavor and nutrition to their food".
